Manish Arya has 10 years of experience in the health field and has been passionate about physical activities, fitness, and health since childhood. He grew up exploring Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Naturopathy, Yoga, and fitness through books at home and in libraries, applying what he learned to his life.
After completing 12th grade, he pursued a diploma in electronics engineering and later a B.Tech in electrical engineering. However, during his final year, he realized his true calling was yoga. He left some of his exams and fully dedicated himself to yoga, traveling to learn wherever he could and starting morning home visit yoga classes.
Feeling the limitations of traditional yoga in delivering complete results, he discovered therapy yoga. After training in therapy yoga in Jaipur, he moved to Gurgaon and opened his Therapy Yoga Center, where Manish Sir developed unique Stretch Yog Therapy, inspired by Iyengar Yoga. He learned the concept of practicing yoga with support, deeply understood the science behind it, and applied stretching in each asana scientifically and medically. This led to the creation of Stretch Yog Therapy, proving that stretching itself is a powerful therapy. Over the past seven years, he has helped thousands of people become pain-free from neck, back, and knee pain.His expertise in addressing body pain and severe conditions earned him the title "Spine Yogi," which he proudly carries.
